Ready Mix Plaster
SR RMP 109 is a single pack, trowel applied high build ready-mix mortar, suitable for repair of plaster in overhead, verticle application & concrete maintenance. This system empowers the users to carry out general concrete & plaster repairs jobs of very high quality.
Areas of Application:
Any General Concrete Repairs areas such as:
- Ceiling surfaces, Wall plaster, facade, etc.
- Concrete substrates
- Laying of building materials (tiles, plates and bricks, etc.)
- Repair of holes, edges and cracks
- Jointing of masonry, floor and expansion joints

- Needs to be mixed with water only – No additional dispersion liquid is necessary

Mixing:
- Use water at the prescribed water: powder ratio. Approx 18-22% by weight of Dr Fixit Magic Mortar Take approximately 75% of the water into mixing vessel as per water-powder ratio. Smaller quantity can be hand mixed Add dry mortar powder and mix for approximately 3 minutes. Add the balance of water and mix for a further 2 minutes It is important to add a powder to the water gradually & not water to powder. This will avoid the formation of lumps & ensure uniform mixing.
